Yes, We're praying for you.
Every day.
Our Mission
Catholic-Christian life is more than what happens on Sunday mornings. It's a part of who we are, inside and out. Every day. At Holy Name Catholic Church we strive to live the gospel daily, as St Benedict encourages us to do and thereby live a life that embodies the powerful message of Jesus Christ and live a life pleasing to God. We hope that our lives will witness effectively to Jesus and be an invitation to others to come to faith in Him.
Who We Are
We are a small but committed Catholic community in Bimini, Bahamas espousing a Benedictine spirituality by seeking God in everyday life and with a mission to pray for you and others who are in need of prayer. We do this everyday "without ceasing". We do this for the sanctification of others and for ourselves too in the hope of deepening our spiritual lives and thus grow into a greater intimacy with Jesus.

First of all, then I urge that supplications, prayers and intercessions and thanksgiving be made for all people....

Come back.
We need you with us.

Every day parish members pray for you. We pray for people everywhere who need prayers, who need God's peace and calm, His wisdom and guidance.
So, if you feel alone or at your wits end...or you have a special need or intention please know that there is a small praying community on a tiny Bahamian island interceding for you. Every day.
We're with you.
